Disciplinary Action
The Louisiana Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and audiology voted at their meeting of February 16, 2007, that all disciplinary actions beginning after February 16, 2007, will be posted within thirty days of all parties signing the final order.

Any disciplinary actions prior to February 16, 2007, may be obtained by contacting the Board office in writing at LBESPA, Towne Park Centre, 37283 Swamp Road. Suite 3B, Prairieville, LA 70769. A copy fee will be assessed.
