The CompactConnect data system has launched. Registration is open for licensed practitioners in Louisiana and West Virginia to obtain compact privileges.
Requirements:
- A full valid, unencumbered audiology or speech-language pathology license
- Criminal background check. You can begin this process now as we await the launch of additional states.
You are not eligible for compact privileges if:
- You hold a license that requires supervision
- Have not successfully completed a criminal background check
- Hold a license that is encumbered (Requires supervision or have had discipline within the last two years)
What's next?
Additional ASLP-IC member states must onboard licensees to CompactConnect and meet the compact requirements to issue compact privileges.
